In the Client Login box – Click on NEW USER (one time registration process)
Enter NAME
Enter USERNAME
Enter EMAIL
Enter PASSWORD
Enter VERIFY PASSWORD
Enter FACILITY – name of your hospital or imaging center
Enter POSITION – your title; e.g. Director Radiology
Enter ADDRESS
Enter CITY
Enter ZIP CODE
Enter PHONE NUMBER
Click on TYPE of FACILITY – select from 4 choices
Click on YOUR BED SIZE – select from 4 choices
Click on REGISTER to complete
Click on ADD NEW DATA
Select MONTH
Select YEAR
Select COST CENTER/MODALITY
DX = Diagnostic x-ray
CT = CT Scan
NM = Nuclear Medicine
MG = Mammography
IR/AG = Interventional/Angiography
US = Ultrasound
MR = MRI/Magnetic Resonance Imaging
CC = Cardiac Catheterization
PET = Positron Emission Tomography
Enter OP AVERAGE COLLECTION RATE – if unsure, ask your Finance guy what this average is – specifically OP collections
Enter GROSS CHARGES which can be found on your monthly Revenue + Expense Report
If it’s broken out in OP and IP, enter on both lines. If it’s not broken out, enter total in OP field.
Enter MONTHLY SALARY which can also be found on your monthly Revenue + Expense Report. Exclude any radiologist salaries, please.
Enter MONTHLY NON-SALARY (supplies) which can also be found on your monthly Revenue + Expense Report
Enter TURNAROUND TIME defined as the time from Order to Sign-Off/Final report. If you do not calculate by modality, use your overall average TAT here.
Enter IN-PATIENT volume
Enter OUT-PATIENT volume
Enter ER-PATIENT volume (if ER is within OP, that’s acceptable)
Enter total TECHNOLOGIST FTEs – remove support, transporters, nursing FTEs from this #
Click NEXT - You will see your data and a PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR DATA message.
If OK, click on SAVE.
In ProFusion MENU box, Click on ENTER DATA to add more months and repeat steps.
