Jeff maintains credentials with the Radiology Administration Certification Commission as a Certified Radiology Administrator. He is a member of the AHRA, The Association for Medical Imaging Management, and has served in various capacities with the association, including as its President from 2007-2008, two terms on the Board of Directors (2001-2009), Executive Committee, and the Management Transition and Search Committee. LynnLynn McVey ’s proficiency is Finance. Her expertise is the ability to bridge the clinical and financial sides. Her goal is to make sure Radiology receives maximum reimbursements, while keeping a sharp eye on costs. This is done by counting everything that can be counted, measuring those findings against her data collection, and also comparing to national medians. Lynn’s goal is to consistently and simultaneously trend costs down, as volume trends up.

Lynn brings over 25 years of experience in imaging management, with strong working knowledge of revenue cycle management, productivity analysis, regulatory compliance, performance improvement, fiscal prudence and marketing, while growing volumes and customer satisfaction. Lynn maintains active membership with the ACHE and AHRA, The Association for Medical Imaging Management. She has been a part of multiple teams within the AHRA, including Chair of the 2002 Annual Meeting in New Orleans, LA. She was also elected to the Board of Directors of the AHRA in 2002, and was elected to serve as the AHRA President 2005-2007. She is also a recipient of the GE Healthcare Award for Excellence in 2003, recognizing outstanding achievement in radiology management. In 2010, the Irish Voice awarded Lynn one of the Year’s Most Influential Irish-American Women.

Lynn is a frequent lecturer and author on the subjects of evidence-based management, practice variations in imaging management, dashboard management of labor and supply expenses, as well as leadership. She has written articles for Advance for Administrators in Imaging, Radiology Biz, RT Image, Administrative Radiology, Radiology Management, and the Journal of Radiologic Technology.

In her non-healthcare world, Lynn authored “Kirby the Klown”, which was published as a children’s middle-reader book. She has also designed and manufactured upscale Christmas stockings, which sold in 600 retail stores including Neiman Marcus, Saks 5th Avenue and Lord & Taylor. Her daughter Murphy attends college in Ireland.
